うるま・赤野の家 House of Uruma Akano
沖縄県うるま市での一般住宅のプロジェクトである。沖縄という風土を考え、RC構造を基本とし居住スペースの外周部を、建物から持ち出した白い壁が囲う。これによって建物が浮遊しているような印象を与えるデザインとした。
This is a general housing project in Uruma City, Okinawa. Considering the local climate of Okinawa, a white wall, which was taken out from the building, surrounds the perimeter of the living space, which is based on a RC structure. This design gives the impression that the building is floating.
デザインを阻害する樋や電気メーター等は浮き壁の内側に配し、意匠性を高める工夫を施した。
Gutters, electric meters, etc., which obstruct the design, were placed inside the floating wall to enhance the design.
出入り可能な開口部の先には犬走りを走らせ、ちょっとしたテラス空間にもなっている。
A dog run runs beyond the openings that can be entered and exited, creating a small terrace space.
眺望を楽しむことができるリビング側は開口部を大きく取り、うるまの自然を絵画のように切り取る。
The living room side, where the view can be enjoyed, has a large opening to cut through the nature of Uruma like a painting.
