瀬戸内・児島の家プロジェクト Setouchi, Kojima House Project
瀬戸内海、児島のヨットマリーナがすぐ目の前にある海岸に隣接した広い敷地が今回の計画敷地である。そこに今回木造二階建ての専用住宅と、ショップを併せ持つ店舗併用住宅を計画する事になった。

クライアントの要望は、住宅・アトリエ・ゲストルーム・ショップを持ち合わせるリゾート感ある白い建物を希望。
2階にゲストルーム、エントランスホールから、左右に住居エリアとショップエリアを振り分け、住宅の独立性を高める計画とした。
The client wanted a white building with a resort-like atmosphere that would house a residence, atelier, guest room, and store.
The guest room and entrance hall are located on the second floor, and the residential area and store area are divided on the left and right sides to enhance the independence of the residence.
リビングとダイニングに隣接したデッキから望む瀬戸内の風景も楽しめるよう。地盤面から1,200mm住居部分の床レベルを上げ、高潮対策にも配慮し快適で海を望める住宅としている。
The view of the Seto Inland Sea from the deck adjacent to the living room and dining room is also to be enjoyed. The floor level of the living area was raised 1,200mm above the ground level to provide a comfortable residence with a view of the ocean, and to protect against storm surge.
