京都・長岡京の家 House of Nagaokakyo, Kyoto
京都府長岡京市にあるこの住宅は、周囲を昔からある住宅に囲まれた静かな住宅地に佇んでいる。夫婦と子どものための木造二階建ての専用住宅である。
This house in Nagaokakyo City, Kyoto Prefecture, is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by old houses. It is a two-story wooden house exclusively for a couple and their child.
一階にはガレージと庭を配置し、FRPグレーチングの和格子により建物全体の雰囲気を表現している。また外壁には天然石を貼り、色褪せない日本的な外観を構成できるよう心がけた。
外壁の一部は地面から風通しのために浮かせる設計とし、室内に新鮮な空気及び中庭の自然光を取り込む事を狙いとしている。
The garage and garden are located on the first floor, and the overall atmosphere of the building is expressed by the Japanese latticework of FRP grating. The exterior walls are covered with natural stone, and we tried to compose a Japanese appearance that will never fade away.
Part of the exterior wall is designed to float above the ground for ventilation, allowing fresh air and natural light from the courtyard to enter the interior.
キッチンからは室内全体を見渡せるよう計画し、日常生活動線を最大限に考慮したプランとなっている。
The kitchen is planned to overlook the entire room, maximizing the daily activity line.
